You Tube - funny movie of my parents

I was in the UK in March to help my mother celebrate her 80 something birthday and thought I'd try my 5DII on movie mode. This was my first effort. It's a bit shaky - sorry for that!

Had a fabulous trip back to the UK at the end of February. Here are some pics from my visit to our son, Ben and his wife Jo and their children who have an apartment at Lancaster Gate. What a posi!

Mirvac Christmas Show

Mirvac hosts a Christmas Show for its residents at Burswood and I get to photograph it and enjoy the entertainment. LA Gold were the rock and roll band. They were fantastic and kept three couples from Cool Cats Rock 'n'Roll going for over an hour.




Frances has a cool act - she plays a very good Fairy. She bestowed fairy dust upon numerous children and grownups alike. Isn't she wonderful?

Perth Domestic Airport has just had its departure area upgraded by John Holland. I photographed the opening media event and here are a few shots that I am able to publish. Lisa Scaffidi, our Lord Mayor was there along with many ministers and Qantas WA regional manager, Ian Gay.

Arty portraits

I have been busy this month photographing families for Christmas presents for grandparents! Here are the sweetest children - they were so good at playing for my camera. Let me know what you think of the two more arty representations.

EveMarilyn

This is me - taken by my husband, John, who thinks he is a bit of a photographer!!! :) I had to stand there for about ten minutes for him to get THE shot! Our kids used to complain bitterly when they were little about how long it took him to take pictures. Woops, I'll be in trouble now.



We went to the EveMarilyn photography exhibition at the Perth Concert Hall last weekend. I do admire Eve Arnold's work. Try and see it if you can - it finishes on the 20th December.
BTW, is anyone out there feeding my fish? They were awfully hungry today! (Left mouse click and food particles appear!)
